Choose pickup, delivery, or collection
The booking form shows only the active options for your dates and location. Compare who handles each journey, the fee shown before payment, and who needs to be present at handover.
Delivery only
We deliver at the start of the rental. Your confirmation explains the agreed return method and location.

Delivery and collection
We deliver at the start and collect at the end using the addresses, zones, and times confirmed in the booking.

Plans changed after booking?
If you originally chose self-pickup, contact us before handover. Eligible confirmed or paid bookings can receive a private, expiring transport quote. The rental booking changes only after the added Stripe payment is confirmed.
No hidden automatic deposit
Current online checkout does not add a security deposit automatically. Any future item-specific deposit must be disclosed with its return conditions before you pay.
Common Questions
How far in advance should I book?+
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially during peak season (June–September). Same-day delivery may be available for select items.
What areas do you deliver to?+
The booking form shows the Valencia service zones currently available for online delivery. Contact us for a custom quote if your address falls outside them.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Online payments are handled by Stripe. The payment methods available for your device and account are shown directly in secure Stripe Checkout.
What if I need to extend my rental?+
Message us on WhatsApp or email before the rental ends. Extensions depend on the item's next booking and are confirmed only after we verify availability and any additional charge.
What if I choose pickup and later need delivery?+
Contact us before handover. If the booking is still eligible and we can provide the service, we send a private quote for delivery only or delivery and collection. You pay only the added transport fee through Stripe before the booking is updated.
Do you add a security deposit at checkout?+
No automatic security deposit is added by the current online checkout. If a future item-specific deposit applies, its amount and return conditions will be shown before payment.
